1. Service Cancellation :
Clients can request a service cancellation before project initiation. Once the project has started, cancellations may not be permitted, depending on the terms agreed upon for that service.

2. Refund Eligibility :
Refunds are considered based on the project status:
- - Pre-Initiation: Full refund if canceled before the project starts.
- - Post-Initiation: Partial refunds may be considered for work that has not been completed.

3. Refund Process :
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval and credited back to the original payment method. Refund requests should be made in writing to our support team.
